Stood by car waiting for service advisor for 10-15 minutes. 1.5 hr service time turned into 2 hours. They parked my car behind some poor mom and her toddler changing into a rental car so i couldn’t get out.

Tyler is very knowledgeable & friendly but again I leave after service, get 5 miles down the road & the tire pressure light goes on. This has happened multiple times. I know it is probably fine but this car is driven by my teenage son & I need to know this car is safe. It does not give me confidence that all of the other service done on the car is done properly. I have been a loyal customer for 4 years & travel 45 minutes just to have my service done by the dealership but I am losing confidence in my choice.

We have had the privilege of working with Tyler Saliski for several years regarding routine service - and quite a few needed repairs - for our 2008 Ridgeline. I've always been very pleased with Tyler's professionalism and advice and customer service ... and was very pleased with this recent experience as well. He is an excellent service rep .. and a credit to the Leta organization. I am also grateful for the use of a loaner vehicle while the catalytic converter was being ordered and installed.
