I spent 5-10 minutes on the phone with someone last week setting up the appointment but after we dropped it off we received a messag that you didn't know why it was there. We tried to call back, left messages and no one called back. We finally drove down there to talk to someone. When we called to check on the status, we got no answer so we left a message. We got no call back so we emailed. Eventually we got a text.

The service from Danielle was very good for both vehicles that I brought in yesterday. It is important to me to know people that I can trust so I can send my daughter in with a vehicle when I can’t make it. I also talked to Steve concerning the 3,000 Leta points I have on the account. I am disappointed that I may loose them at the end of the year. I am not ready to purchase a new car yet and losing those points does haven an impact on the next purchase. Thank you.
