Tyler is always a pleasure to work with. He is so accommodating even without an appointment. I also have to give a big Thank You to the intake person. She checked my tires with the pressure gauge and pin pointed the low tire. She had me move tires back and forth and move forward. She found a nail in my thread. She is an asset to pFrank Leta, unfortunately I don't know her name.

Great service! Friendly and fast work. Got in and out for what I came in for and was in no pressure to do anything else. I will continue my shopping with Frank Leta. Also want to note the porter was also very friendly.

It was a very busy day in the service department (90 appointments according to Stevie). She estimated that my vehicle would be ready around 2:00 pm and that was a good estimate. Satisfied!

Unfortunately, customer service was not the priority during this visit. Over 20 minutes waiting to get helped. Dropped off my vehicle. I was told it would be ready by 11am. I got there after 11:30 and vehicle was ready and parked outside. I had not received my multi inspection by email or text. Got to the counter and Danielle asked me to give her 5 min. Waited over 5 min went back to her desk. She was annoyed. Had not started with ny paperwork until I came back to her desk until finally saying "I guess I won't send this by text so it's faster..." I have always received communication regarding the visits from start to finish (including letting me know my vehicle was ready). I received zero communication.

I had an appointment and still waited over an hour after telling them I need to know if this will be a minor fix. It’s way too expensive for the door seal, there’s no glue or anything it just needs to be rethreaded into the hole/clips. Why does that cost over $300? It doesn’t need a new one, there’s no glue or anything missing or torn, it’s just come off the clips. I don’t have an extra $300+
