Andrew was very professional and very kind. He explained what they had to do to check my car battery and how long it would take. He kept me updated on how things were going. The battery did fail the check test. He came out and said they will do a check on the car to see if I needed anything else. He brought me the quote and I said yes for a new one. Brad was great! He listened, came back after tech evaluated car and sat down and talked with my mom and I. He patiently and effectively broke down what was happening to 2 very uninformed ladies.
