I had an appointment to get a windshield put in and a heater starting wheel. It’s 100 miles from my place to the dealer ship, when I got there they didn’t have the windshield to put in my car. They were very apologetic and nice, but I would have never came up for a heated steering wheel in July.

Great service team. I was treated with respect and they kept me in the loop as to what was needed in addition to why I came in. Highest marks! I appreciate the loaner cars altho I did not use one on this visit.

We had a good experience. Everyone we spoke with was very friendly and helpful. I requested a loaner and was given an excellent car as soon as I arrived. I wasn’t looking forward to having to drive over and have the recalls taken care of, but they made the experience painless.

Brent was very good. Totally explained all the services to be performed. Arranged for a courtesy vehicle, based on the time to complete the services. Kept me apprised of the results of the vehicle inspections and called me promptly when the vehicle was ready to pick up.
