Requested follow up on issues regarding body repaint recall with body shop during last service appointment. Was told they would contact body shop and have them contact me. No call or follow up was received
Great and very helping person, with a excellent customer service.
When the service personnel rest screens on dash they need to return them to the customers original settings rather than leaving it to the customer to spend 5-10 minutes resetting the dash.
I called to make an appointment because they told me if I did not I was supposed to wait three hours. I booked an appointment at 11 and I got there at 11. My car was not ready until 3 PM.. I don’t know if you had something to do with your system because I called them to ask if my car was ready and they could not find my car on the system. Also, when they gave me my receipt, I did not notice but the address on the receipt is not mine
