I detailed cars for a living and keep my cars very well waxed and cleaned. My nearly new Prius was returned with two large scratches on the front drivers fender, and a great number of scratches on the shifter plastic, likely from a mechanic trying to remove a trim piece. I’m very disappointed to have my car made uglier by South Coast Toyota.
Ana is so amazing. She helped me with both of my two services with my new 4Runner and as she did the first time, went above and beyond. Stayed in communication with me the entire service time and ensured I was happy. The second time, a nail was found in my tire and informed me a tire claim was submitted and within a timely manner, the tire was ordered, delivered and placed on my car. She deserves 100 gold stars for how communicative and friendly she really is. She’s the best!
