I feel like Ana Ochoa is my 4Runner’s fairy godmother.
I wouldn’t consider my feedback to be specifically “on a job well done”, but, rather, a person that just does good.
Yes, Ana was ON TOP OF IT today, but she always is. Doesn’t matter if my 4Runner is in the shop for something major or something minor-my service experience with Ana is the same - she’s respectfully transparent, mindful of my time, treats my issues with urgency, and is quick to come up with a workaround when we’re hit with an unexpected hurdle. Notice my use of “we”. That’s because Ana essentially takes your problems on as her own and is right there with you asking the questions to get the answers you need- doing everything she can to get you and your vehicle taken care of.
Going in to get your car worked on is never really a great feeling - it throws your day off and not having your car creates an uneasy feeling - Ana’s ability to provide a calming presence in that environment should be studied.
Ana is an absolute treasure. Ana is the ideal employee every company wants to hire and keep. I almost feel bad for her co-workers because she’s set the bar so high they probably can’t even see it!
It’s clear now (especially with her super cool front window) that she’s the face of the floor, but I feel like Ana should be the face of the company.
Whatever you’re paying her is not enough. Industry standard pay scales do not apply to leaders that exceed industry standards in every facet.
South Coast Toyota is not the cheapest option for car service, but I continue to take my car there despite the price because I know both my 4Runner and I will be taken care of. These lasting sentiments I have of reliability, comfort and reassurance when it comes to South Coast Toyota is all Ana’s doing.
The problem with having consistently flawless execution is that upper management just gets used to it and/or often times doesn’t even see it as the fire was put out so quickly no one even saw the flame. Please do not get used to Ana’s extraordinary customer service skills.
Words cannot adequately quantify just how grateful I am to have Ana as my service person. Thank you for bringing Ana into my 4Runner’s life.

Ray simply provided the best service today. Knowing that I was pressed in time, he got my car ready within the time frame he gave me. Again thank you Ray for your professionalism and effectiveness.

Richie did an excellent job of explaining the service process and my car came back right on time.
I got the car 0 miles has engine light and Toyota saying those have warranty only 36 miles all other dealers ship says until 60 miles or 5 years Toyota is the worst
