My car is new. You dont need to check brake fluids and other obvious ****. Please dont waste my time for 2 hours when half this **** is common sense. Check the oil, my car is new, gimme my car back
Richie was able to get me in and out for my 5k mile service with an hour and ten minutes. I just happened to be in Costa Mesa for a college alumni event and had nearly reached 5k miles and knew I needed to rotate my tires and top off the fluids.

I requested to have an appraisal for my 2025 Toyota RAV4 plug in hybrid SE, but no one provided me such information. They only gave me a test drive on 2026 model but I told them that I would be in 2027 model. They only gave salesman Dennis said he will send me the appraisal thru email, but it did not happen.
