I had 9am appointment and didn’t leave till 1120. Wasn’t completely dissatisfied because I was notified it would be an hour and 40 mins which that is still a long time but also not happy waiting over 2 hrs for a simple routine maintenance and fixing one tire with a nail is it. Tustin Toyota dealership is much faster so I’ll be going there.

You are all crooks. I spent almost $5k in repairs exactly a year ago and barely put 5k miles since then for a full year and now you’re quoting me $7k in repairs again? I asked for an itemized list without getting one because it’s all a joke. I do not recommend coming back here. I’ve been a customer for almost 20 years and won’t do business here again.
They scratched my steering wheel and barely touched on what they were supposed to touch up on it still looks the same
