Stephanie by far has been the most helpful with what I needed. I never felt rushed or pushed away so that she could go to the next person. I felt like she listened patiently, she gave me a moment to think about my options, she explained everything really well and did not mind to repeat the options for me. In the past, I have felt like other people don’t have the patience or seem annoyed. Because of that, I get anxious when it comes to things like this. I appreciate that she treated me like a person and not a number. I felt very welcome. I felt comfortable. I made my appointment to get my car serviced tomorrow morning.
