My experience was nothing short of complete fail
The battery which drives the vehicle is only charging up to 36%
the diagnostic solution suggested by your team was for me to purchase a new 12 volt battery which was no longer covered by the warranty (estimate 380 though Toyota)
I purchased a new 12 volt battery from AAA even though it tested as perfectly fine.total cost of 280.
This suggested solution solved nothing and now I’m back to square one at a loss of 280 dollars

The service itself was fine, even though I was told about 3 hours and went over 3. But whoever worked in it left dirty, greasy handprints and smudges in several places. I support the no wash policy to save water, but someone should have made sure you returned the car in proper condition. I washed it right before I got there, and I expected it to look the same when I got it back. Please do better next time, thanks.
