Cold delivery of treatment plan and offered no reason as to why the problem was starting now versus when I first made a change to my car. He was terse and accusatory. The Tundra **** and needs to be changed and now I’m stuck.

Exceptional service today with Raymond. I got an oil change and he said it could take 90 minutes and I said, I have an appt so it should be 60 minutes not 90? He said they take walk ins too. That made no sense to me. Why not just do appts and people don't have to wait so long. Anyway, he got it done in 60 minutes. So I was very happy.

I went to pick up my car and it was full of grease splatterd. I spoke with Jason LeVasseur about it and he asked a guy to wash it but still has spots and I’m not satisfied at all with this service.
