Great comunicacion and customer service very satisfied with the service we received with our two vehicles.
Service staff were courteous, but the actual maintenance quality control was disappointing. My vehicle’s oil maintenance indicators were not properly reset during a routine oil change, and even after returning to the dealership, one of the maintenance reminders was still left active. I have been bringing my Toyota to this location for more than the past 15 years. They’ve always taken good care of me and my car only offering repairs on things that were actually broken. I brought my car in for a standard oil change, and other than offering to replace a dirty filter the car passed inspections, and there were no other issues. The staff there is great and fast and communicate communicates well.

Even with an appointment, it took 4 hours. An hour longer than estimated. 3 hours is still even ridiculous. My car wasn't fi ished until I called to inform them that I would be there to pick it up at a certain time. Miraculously, 5 minutes later I got a text saying my car was finished. Don't assume everyone works a 9 to 5 and dont need their car all day. Ill take my car elsewhere next time.
