Brought 2022 Toyota Supra in at 9AM via appointment for a Recall due to faulty starter. Called me at 11:30 to tell me they had to order the part. So I made a doctors appointment for 3PM. South Coast Ordered an Uber to pick me up (I do not own a cell) Said driver would call me when he got here.
I waited by the door open for 4 hours with home phone--no call/ Left 4 messages for Ana to find out what happened? Never heard back. Finally talked to service and got me an Uber by 4:30PM. Car still not fixed. Missed my doctor's appointment.
