I was told an hour and a half long wait and I ended up waiting a total of 2 hours and 40 minutes for an Oil change I repeat an OIL CHANGE!!!

I have a 2022 Toyota Camry Nightshade. I took my car in for a tire rotation and when I got the car back, the Bluetooth connection wasn’t working. Then I took it back the next week and was told my car does not have Bluetooth connectivity and requires cable. The female service rep was curt with me and talked to me like I was stupid and crazy for thinking my car had Bluetooth! When I got home, I looked up info on my car…the car service rep is wrong, my DOES have Bluetooth and I remember connecting my phone to Bluetooth when I first bought the car. Now, I have to go back to get Bluetooth connected. This makes me so mad!
