I am disappointed with the service I received on Monday when I took my car in for a recall repair. My car did not get fixed as a result and I had to leave. I had to speak with a manager and that helped a lot with the situation. I am glad with the positive interaction I had with him and when I returned for the repair on wednesday, the experience was a 10/10

I was very displeased to hear about the end of your shuttle service. When I discovered this, Ray made sure to explain the situation and took care of my rides. He was concise and straightforward, and I appreciated his overall demeanor as Toyota rep. However, ownership should know that this change to the shuttle service will likely make me not return to Toyota once my warranty expires. The free convenience was a major selling point for me to return after the warranty.
