No comment is not directed towards Stephanie but your managements lack of explanation for damaging my vehicle . Yes it was repaired and repainted which in itself upsets me as I have always given you guys excellent ratings. The fact that my car got damaged and I understand you guys put a full tank of gas and repaint it. My vehicle still doesn’t explain the issue of why your manager did not personally contact me. I think it’s very dishonest to make Stephanie to settle this with me as this should’ve been handled by a manager. Stephanie did her job and reassured and apologize profusely for what’s happening and noted to me that she gave me a small discount. This is my son‘s vehicle and a loaner would have not been useful for him, but I can tell you he is very upset with you guys for this. I have always brought my vehicle to you guys for every service, but I do not feel I will be bringing my vehicle to you any longer. I shouldn’t have to ask for a manager as a business owner myself I think this it’s a very bad example. You guys are very lucky that this car has been damaged before otherwise I would’ve made you give me a new vehicle since it’s not 100% factory now.
Ana went above and beyond to make a challenging situation created by unexpected car issues (2 flat tires) more seamless than I imagined being possible. Her communication providing detailed updates throughout the repair process was excellent and delivered with utmost professionalism, calmly guiding throughout the process. Notably, she provided details on the car in understandable terms for someone that is not knowledgeable with car repairs (like myself). She also provided realistic timelines, and even gave me a call back shortly after she had advised the car would be ready the next day in the afternoon to notify that my tire shipment actually was more likely to arrive later than expected. Shipping / timelines change all the time, but in a client-servicing business, updates when things change (especially negative ones!) are SO appreciated in the client experience. As it turned out, the tire shipment ended up arriving early and Ana called me a full day ahead of schedule notifying me the car was ready. I have been going to South Coast Toyota for 5 years and always received excellent service. Ana’s service stood out so significantly that I was hoping to receive this survey, as recognition is truly deserved. Thank you Ana, and thank you South Coast team for always keeping this loyal customer coming back!
I asked to wait for my vehicle as my vehicle had a recall on it and I knew the job was 30 mins long. I understand that there were many other vehicles in front of me and my vehicle was done in 1-1/2 hrs, which I thought was very reasonable and I appreciated Richer Misa giving my vehicle a rush job. Thank you, Richer. Richer was also very professional, informative, and courteous.

Too bad you stopped the shuttle service that other Toyota dealers offer. Also, Took my car in for an uncertain "rattle" it' was a loose bolt on my roof rack. Such an insult that I was charged $215!
It’s rather ironic how the dealership keeps pressing about trade in, bc when I was seriously considering trading in my Prius back in February, there was no one available to actually assess the value on a potential trade. Only received a half hearted, “we can probably give you 7k towards a new vehicle from the sales person, but never an official response from an appraiser. Meanwhile, my car was at the dealership for a month waiting for parts and could’ve easily been accessed.
Ultimately, there was no new vehicle available that piqued my interest, nor was there even any hybrid vehicle inventory accessible from Toyota Motor Co. on the horizon. Interesting times for the auto industry

Ana was friendly and efficient checking in my Prius for recall work. I was told the work would take one hour, and my car was finished in one hour. This is the first time in the half-dozen, or so times live had South Coast work on my car when the work was done on time. I appreciate Ana and the service team for completing service as quoted, on time.

The service I needed was performed in a timely manner but I miss the complementary car wash which this dealership used to provide.
All service department personnel affiliated with South Coast Toyota were professional and courteous. My car was serviced
and ready for pick up at stated time. A technician was kind enough to install my front license plate because I was unable to loosen the screws myself. I will continue to make the 45 minute drive to this location in the future.
This dealership is the worst at communication my car was ready since 2:30pm and they wanted to keep it over night for no reason
