My new 2025 RAV4 AC not working and sounds like a helicopter. I called 4:40 to talk to a supervisor and the girl that answered the phone said they don’t close till six to bring it back. got there and asked to speak to the supervisor since it was closed. I talked to the morning supervisor who was luckily there heard how bad it sounded and told me to come back Monday at 7 o’clock to talk to Jason when I told him I can’t be driving it like this he said it would be fine since it’s under warranty. I am now really worried. This is a brand new RAV4 2025 then now sounds horrible. Regarding everybody in the morning, they were nice and helpful. Just took three hours which I still didn’t get my CarPlay checked out which was fine but have no AC is a problem when I went in for an oil change.
I was told my service would take about an hour. I considered an uber home to Corona Del Mar (about 5 miles) and realized that my uber coupon that Toyota provided wouldn’t even afford me a ride home. Much less, a ride back to pick up my vehicle.
The service did NOT take an hour… after about 2 hours, I hadn’t heard anything so I decided to check in. I was told that they hadn’t even started on it yet.
This was a beyond frustrating experience. The lack of respect for my time and my experience as a customer is frankly bewildering. I just purchased my Toyota from a lease in March and it made me embarrassed to have this brand throw it back in my face.
I asked for a discount for the inconvenience and wasting my time and was told that Toyota corporate would not let me have a discount and the most they could offer was a free detail the next time I came in…
I regret buying the 5-pack because I do not want to return.
Please have a customer experience manager reach out to me as I am extremely eager to speak to someone about this.

When I picked up the car, there was debris and a piece of trash on the passenger seat and center console from what I assume is either the filter that was replaced or something else. I would expect that to at least be vacuumed away before picking up the car.
