Frank is not an honest person. I have a voucher for an oil change of $39.00 for my Venza 2011. I gave him that voucher, but he made up a story of regular and synthetic oil for additional cost. Ultimately, he didn't apply the voucher and charged me the regular oil change service of $71.00. The paperwork that the cashier held didn't have the voucher attached. I asked him why, and he responded that the cost. Fortunately, his supervisor agreed with and helped to adjust the final price to less than $71.99
If the dealer company issues vouchers to its customers, the company should train the employees to happily honor the discount and not treat the customers using the voucher as a lower class, disrespectfully.
I came in with your post card coupon for a 58.88 full synthetic oil change plus Miri-point inspection. The Service Advisor and Manager both pointed to the fine print that said Supras, and 0W-16, and 0W-20 was $20 more. They eventually honored the price because I was going to leave to another shop. I feel your tactics are a typical “bait and switch” and lacking in integrity. All of your vehicles, Corollas, Camrys, Avalons, RAV4, Highlanders, Sequoias, Tacomas and Tundras all take either 0W-16 or 0W-20 synthetic oil. I am going to post this information and a 1-star review on all of the social media sites I can because this kind of treatment is awful.
Ana always handles everything with professionalism regarding my vehicle. Tries to keep me advised of any changes that I need to be aware of. We have a very good relationship and have had for several years. I admire her greatly. I think she’s one of your top service people. Others could learn from her. I have a very high regard for pretty much everyone at South Coast Toyota.
Ana Ochoa (I think is her last name) is a great employee is a fabulous employee who always looks out for me. My Prius and I are both getting up there in years. Ty to everyone there.

Stephanie Santiago was a pleasure to work with. She made the process so easy and painless. She had open communication the entire time and was so friendly. I came in to get some items worked on and she checked with my warranty company to make sure everything was covered. She even offered me a complimentary vehicle to use while the team waited on parts to be shipped before they can work on the car. She treated me like family. Something I was not expecting from a dealership service team. I will be recommending everyone I know to come to South Coast Toyota and to ask for Stephanie. If and when I need work done on my Toyota Prius I will be coming here. This was the best experience I've ever had when getting my car worked on. 10/10 would recommend!
You guys did such an amazing job ???? very quick and professional. Thank you Ana Ochoa for all your help and for the free Uber service ???? and thank you Toyota for helping us get this recall done with our vehicle.
I am very pleased with the service, all the staff were very polite and responsive, my English is not perfect, but they were patient and I am very grateful to them
Ray Jr. was very kind and patient, also answered all my questions.

Stephanie Gives Great Service, Pleasant to work with. I Only work with Her, I Want One Person to Who Will Get To know My Car.
Raymond Carrera always the best providing A-plus service I would recommend him so highly
The best car service and the best customer service.
Visit was easy. Francisco suggested services that my car was due for but did not insist I needed to get them when I responded I couldn't do them at the moment
Totally satisfied. Thank you for your help. Much appreciated!
Upon receiving my car I noticed the “Maintenance Required” light was still illuminated on my dash. I immediately called and left a message with the service desk to let them know and have not heard back. My first inclination was to what extent was the work done on my car complete and thorough. Please let me know.
