The squeaking of my brakes that I initially inquired about at drop off was never clarified. I was told service would take an hour & a half. It took 20 minutes half hour max, I would have stayed & waited if it was communicated to me before I took an uber, which partially came out of my pocket
I bought my car two weeks ago. The check engine light came on due to a faulty canister. After a week in the shop, the car returned dirty from being outdoors. I would have appreciated a clean car upon return since I bought it from a Toyota dealership.
