Anna our service advisor for many years is wonderful 100/10 I say this all the time but she is the reason we keep buying Toyotas . I always know I will get excellent service when I see Anna

I had to come in earlier than planned so I could get out by a specific time. Stephanie told me that’d be no problem and made sure I got out it time! Super grateful for the flexibility and great service. Stephanie is a delight!
Not happy waited for 3 hours in waiting room till I was all the people after me already left. They forgot about me at all. I told Rich I will be eating in the back of the area. I’m t was supposed to be 1-1.5 hour wait. It is not true it took so long for 5,000 check up on new Toyota Rav 4. The people who left shows me they totally forgot about it me and papers.

I was not okay with The way he treated me since I got to my appointment. He asked if I had taken my vehicle to check on the recall and I mentioned to him that yes and also to do the oil change. However, I had two questions. He simply mentioned” I dont have time” . I let him know I was not aware of their time frames were not mentioned in the appointment confirmation . He went on to tell me that “he was barely able to to the oil change” and could not see anything. When my vehicle was done, he did not bother waiting for me to finish doing the payment. He left work and I was trying to figure out were to claim my vehicle. It took me three trips to the register to figure out how to get my car back. Two of those times they made me pay since the amount ray had given was not accurate.Overall, i just want to clarify that when my vehicle was under warranty for the first years I was never treated this way. South coast had always been my go to dealer because of their “customer service” being so attentive. I am truly disappointed with the experience that I had and it is really unfortunate that I will have to look for another dealer to service my vehicle at.
I have own a Toyota for 30 years. I appreciate the care and service Ana has provided. She is the best service representative I have had. I always trust her with bring my truck for service. She greets you with a smile and explains everything that has to be done. A big shoutout to Ana she is a star
I asked the maintenance team to repair my tire right rear tire that keeps loosing air and is still under warranty when they rotated my tires and they only added air and my tire is still going flat. So now, I have to bring it back, AGAIN!!
Stephanie did a good job to get my seat belt work done within the quoted time on a busy Saturday morning.

You should be more open about your Uber ride home. I was told I could get an Uber ride home. I found out later that I'm only issued a $15.00 voucher and my ride cost me over $20.00 extra. If I had known this ahead of time I would have arranged a ride home.
