Ray and the tech were amazing and super supportive. However, I can’t say this enough about how your infotainment center software is the worst I’ve had in any vehicle. I’ve never had to adjust the vehicle so much. This is seems like a great vehicle however the architecture of the software is the worst I’ve seen. I’ve literally spent more time in one year, adjusting a vehicle and then it all needs to be reset due to my vehicle stops communicating with my phone, super disappointing. Toyota be better, think about the consumer, stop sucking.
I made an appointment for a key copy, tire replacement and service. I drove an hour and 30 minutes to get there, waited an hour and 30 minutes in the waiting room and 1 hour and 45 minutes to get home. I knew this was going to be a long process, but after waiting all of that time was told the key did not come in or was not ordered so now I’m going to have to come back. This is rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. If I was told earlier the key part was not ready would have rescheduled for another day. Apparently you guys are not considerate about customers time or want to communicate with them.
She’s very kind and I appreciated how straightforward my experience was.
