Thanks to Francisco’s kind and detailed explanation, I was able to clearly understand which parts needed to be exchanged, replaced, or didn’t need replacement at all. Was quoted maximum 90 minutes ended up taking 2 hours and 20 minutes, saw my car ready for over 30 minutes sitting there but paper work took a while which caused me to be late.

Requested a simple part under warranty, but was given unverified instructions to surrender my vehicle to the service team. Due to severe trust issues with Toyota’s mechanic, technician, and foreman team with possible damage beyond the scope of my goals, I declined the surrender. The area of the issue was pointed out, which should have sufficed to exercise the warranty claim.

Stephanie has always been very friendly and very attentive to everything I need or when I carry my vehicle to Dealer loved because it's very good to keep a quickly I do not have to wait half an hour as when I was before with others for my stephanie is the only one I give 10 for the excellent service and thanks Stephanie!????????
