Francisco was very friendly and helpful when it came to me asking questions about my car and the maintenance that was being provided. He answered all my questions in a very professional manner and ensured my car was getting the correct service.
Was quoted maximum 90 minutes ended up taking 2 hours and 20 minutes, saw my car ready for over 30 minutes sitting there but paper work took a while which caused me to be late.

Requested a simple part under warranty, but was given unverified instructions to surrender my vehicle to the service team. Due to severe trust issues with Toyota’s mechanic, technician, and foreman team with possible damage beyond the scope of my goals, I declined the surrender. The area of the issue was pointed out, which should have sufficed to exercise the warranty claim.
Yes I was very satisfied with Ray’s service he was the first person who was 100 percent honest with me. He was quick and had great customer service getting me on my way. He should get promoted, best worker there!
