no offer for a loaner vehicle when I have to leave my car overnight is ridiculous, 15$ uber gift card for a 50$ uber ride back home? no thanks - will not be purchasing from this dealership again

Went to the service department to have windshield chip repaired. After waiting for 2 hours with no update I spoke to advisor and was told the glue used was not adhering properly and additional glue needed to be ordered. I was offered a loaner vehicle and told to leave car overnight and I declined. I was suspicious that work was not completed on my work as I was told and didn't feel the need to leave car for such minor work. Upon receiving my vehicle it was confirmed that the car was never worked on as the windshield was not cleaned and I have pictures that were taken prior to appointment and after to prove. I hope to hear back from the representative to further discuss this issue. I can be reached by phone at ****-****-xxxx.
Worst customer service ever! I walked to Toyota dealership not Stephanie's!
I had a very disappointing experience at the Toyota dealership service department yesterday. The service advisor, Stephanie, demonstrated a complete lack of basic customer service skills. She was dismissive, failed to listen properly, and was clearly in the wrong on several points regarding my vehicle's issue. When I pointed this out, she never once apologized or acknowledged her error instead, she remained unhelpful and uninterested in resolving the problem. This is far below the standard I expect from Toyota, and it has left me extremely dissatisfied. I hope management addresses this to prevent other customers from having the same frustrating experience.

The people I worked with were great, but they usually wash my car before delivering it back to me. This time it came back dirty. ????. Everything else was great.
I was extremely disappointed that I did not get updates during the day.Also when I called to get an update the person I talked to Stephanie said she didn't know what she was talking about.
Picked up my truck and driving home it started squeaking. Wasn’t brought in with a squeak. Would like it to be addressed and fixed please.
