A remanufactured alternator was installed instead of a new one. I never would have approved that. I should have been given a choice. My family has been getting our Toyotas serviced at South Coast for 25 years. We’re done.

The service was excellent but the drives floor mat has a manufacturers defect that I has asked for replacement since shortly after the vehicle was delivered to me.

Stephanie was worst tech I have ever had. Very unkind, not informative, was talking to her friend when the service was done and did not bothered to come to be that it is done instead she just sent the invoice to other and did not care to tell me what has been done and if there are any problems whatever. The cashier lady was also worst ever. Very unkind, rude, not professional at all. Overall, they ruined my whole day yesterday. Worst Worst worst experience ever!!!!!
On the point inspection paper report it noted I had a bad battery but no one brought that to my attention. By the time I read the report the service department was closed. I would have liked to address that when I had my car in the shop and not have to address it after the fact with another trip to the service department.
It was to repair my car or buy a new one and financially the thing to do.
Had an appointment for 10am. Told them I was waiting and kept me there almost 4 hours

Pedro is very knowledgeable about his job. He is very professional on the sense that listens carefully to the customer to offer the solution to her problem on her truck. Pedro was great at providing me a car while my truck was being fixed. He incredibly found the way to tell me in advance how long the fixing issue would be done. Pedro knew what to do to have the catalist converter for my truck. To provide an excellence of service to customers, Pedro has the gift to hear what customers need and help.
