First off Michelle Jason service manager were very nice. It all came down to the replacement fob key which there was no movement on the price upwards of $700 then when I picked up my car in the 5K it had new chain ring on it they said the additional key manual key to get in the car with additional $150, at that point, you totally lost me as a customer because I was asked to pay five more dollars for a vinyl sleeve to put the fob key inside. Needless to say this will be my last visit and purchase Toyota Of Costa Mesa I’ll be looking forward to doing business with Bucky ****‘s group at Toyota Of Huntington Beach. Thank you.

The service was good. My concern is with the ‘coupon’ deal. I think your promo should include something about the $39 deal I does not include the higher priced synsethic oil.my hoped for price of $39 quick

SNA was very professional and pleasant to work with.
Like I get we need to pay people living wages but every time I come in / every 5k I’m told I need to spend $300+ on more things than an oil change and it makes me question not if you are ripping me off, but by how much. For my old Toyota pick up it was $30 oil change every 3k. I trust that my car is well taken care of but how is tire rotation not included in a 5k service?? It’s just too much money and it makes me want to not take my car to Toyota.
Service done well, but she left me a voice mail to call her back about repairs for my vehicle. She wouldn’t return my calls over the course of a few hours and could only get ahold of her by calling the main number and asking other people to call her for me. My Toyota was also marked as ready before I even called her, had I gone to pick it up it would not have been ready as it needed additional repairs. Just some communication issues.
It would if you all cleaning the interior with your car wash.

Stephanie was helpful and responsive, and assisted me to get my car ready for a road trip in a short timeframe.
Service and attention to the client has improved drastically from a year ago. I was met at my car upon drive in for my appointment time with a smile. Stephanie was a great consultant who worked within my budget to get the most pertinent things done for my 30k service and gave me suggestions on future maintenance with estimated costs to prepare. Although the service too 40% longer than estimated, I was able to walk over to the coffee shop Original Barista and get a nice cup of coffee and pastry to wait out my service and get some work done. Had I known it was going to take 2.5 hours, I would have opted for the shuttle service home (a few miles away) and came back to pick up when the car was done. My car is running smoothly now with a fresh carwash too! Thank you.
