This was my first time at your dealership I had checked pricing of oil changes with other dealerships and yours was comparable. But, when Ray gave me the total it was s40 dollars more. I told him I pre checked pricing and that was not correct. He responded “oh do you have a coupon”. Society already doesn’t trust dealerships and this confirms it. Why not just give the best pricing tell the customer you have a promotion make us feel special, I walked away thinking “these people can’t be trusted” Also I may look Hispanic but I’m not and can’t speak Spanish the two guys who took my ticket and gave me my car kept speaking to me in Spanish I have no idea what they were saying maybe ask them to ask the customer if they speak Spanish before they start to have a conversation.

Anna was great. Unfortunate the reason I had to bring the truck in and wait 3 hrs was because of a paper oil catch cup a mechanic mistakenly left in the engine compartment following an oil change the day before and it took three hours to diagnose and remove the paper cup. Anna generously offered to wave service fees on my next regularly scheduled oil change. Many thanks!

Rep mentioned that it would be no cost for the engine filter and end up paying $57 dollars and i guess now they dont even do a complementary wash no more i can see why but never again

They are not listening to my problem with the size battery in my car. The true-2 525 CCA is not recommended for the Toyota rav 4. I bought the Toyota at the dealership and have not been happy with being on my third battery in 3 years and problems of it dying alot having to be jump started.
The Toyota service center is making unfair profits and is not recommended.
