Had a nail in a tire. Called in and was told that I could stop by. Got in and out within an hour or so. I appreciate that he called for my approval about the repair and its cost. Overall, quick service, clear communication, and great experience. Will continue to take my car here.

Brought my car at 20k with brake problem. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. Brought it back at 32k with the same problem they miraculously found the problem now that the car is out of warranty.
Unfortunately, I was blamed for the problem.

I had unpleasant experience at your dealership today. I was told my oil change was complete when Stephanie spoke to me on the phone, but when I arrived I had to wait another 50 minutes for my car. In addition, I was later informed by friend that there was a coupon for a synthetic oil change for $79.99 on your website although nobody mentioned this to me and I was charged $120.00 which is the most I have ever paid for an oil change. Your dealership has lost a customer.
