Raymond guided me in where to go, and what to do providing details on my vehicle. I came through for help in which tire was low in pressure, and he helped me through the module on how to look for that to tell the person what and which is wrong with the tire. Really self explanatory, and yet I struggled with that. Go figure on learning your vehicle, but overall amazing to have such features! I thank him for helping me out, and sparing a tire for my car. Thank you also for the quick car wash! It totally needed it on the outside (lol)

The website indicated your wait time would be less in the afternoon so I spent 3 hours of my day off waiting for my car when they said a one and a half. Next time will drop off for the day.

Service writer Pedro was amazing and helpful, and I feel he went above and beyond during my visit even troubleshooting an issue with my key fob. My less than satisfactory experience was in regard to the wait time in regard to the courtesy shuttle. I scheduled my service appointment during my lunch break to ensure I would be able to utilize the shuttle service for a ride back to work. I called ahead of time and was informed the shuttle picked up every 15-20 minutes. I arrived for my service appt 15 min early, and signed in for shuttle pickup at 1135. Pedro had to tell someone that I was still waiting for a ride at 12:10 (!) And then that person (in a bright colored polo) said someone else wpuld have to do it. Then I waited nearly 8 minutes more for a driver. Once in the van, the driver had loud spanish rap playing on the radio and drove on the freeway with the window down and the car was warm inside. It was rude and obnoxious and made me wish I had called for an Uber instead especially since I was late getting back to work. I had a wonderful first time experience at this service location until the shuttle waiting and experience.
Richer was great and the work was completed ahead of the scheduled time!
Ana Ochoa is top notch! SC Toyota should be honored to have such an excellent team member. Ana was courteous and extremely helpful this morning, as she explained the timeline of communication throughout the day. I was very at ease leaving SC Toyota this morning, knowing my car was in the best hands possible.
