I would prefer answering and comments after I drive my car for a while to see if issues, problems are resolved. I didn’t go to the dealer for maintenance reasons

The South Coast team has done a great job maintaining my vehicle. My 2001 4 runner runs like the 1st day I purchased it back in Nov. 2000. No other vehicle I believe could last this long.

For some reason someone opened the back of my RAV4 and threw everything I had in the back that was neatly put away and just left it like that. My question is why were they going through my things back there. Tha is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

I wish there were easier ways to finance/pay monthly for service as there additional maintenance that I needed to do on my vehicle but couldn’t due financial constraints

John was wonderful. The only part of my service I was dissatisfied with was that I was told the car was ready, then waited by the valet for an additional 30 minutes, with no additional communication. But that doesn’t reflect on John, who provided a great experience!

Francisco was a pleasure to work with. Listened, was efficient and gave good advice. I haven’t had that great of experience for my past few visits and his incredible customer service convinced me to stay with South Coast Toyota versus going elsewhere.
