Rude agent and non professional He had personal problems which effects his intraction with me 1-not smiling or welcoming 2-he was in rush he didnt give me time to explain my needs 3-he made me feel unwelcome 4-he left my car running for 20 mnts during the transaction and when i told him he didnt like it saying that will turn it off during service

Very misleading with the charges. I was told that it would be $189 to run a diagnostic scan which is already overpriced. But John said that would go toward whatever is wrong. WHATEVER. He charged me for a new gas cap. That was an extra charge. Why was it not covered by the $189 is beyond me. And with this experience I will never bring my car back.

Pedro was great and his service was immaculate. Only issue was that this entire service visit lasted 4 hours. And I even dropped the car off 30 minutes early. Unacceptable turnaround time.
