Francisco was helping and reassured me that the service included an oil change among other services and that it was the free service.
After the car was done and i got home, the service paperwork didn’t say anything about the oil and filter being changed. Called and left a message with Francisco. He called back and confirmed this. He said the oil was clean and didn’t need it. I was confused since it was a 10k interval. He gave me a discount for an oil change. But I was very disappointed since it was supposed to be included with the free service Toyota provides. Not happy.

Stephanie was great. But getting through the phone answering system to her was impossible.
When I came to pick up my car and I asked what the problem was, he kind of blew me off and just said it was a coolant issue. Obviously this left me unsure and confused about why my car was having trouble. Another service attendant overheard and went out of his way to come and explain the issue. I really appreciated his help, I’m not sure his name but he was a gentleman with glasses and white hair. Cheers to him for going out of his way to make sure I understood what was wrong.
Went smooth as silk this morning. I didn’t have to wait for attention. Didn’t wait long for the shuttle. My car was ready in record time and no additional work needed. Frank was great. Couldn’t have been better! Thank you!
