No car wash has been done. They said that it is “down” but a year ago that was also the response with my other car.
Also, I asked a question about pricing and they were not thorough . I asked another associate and she was glad to sit down and talk to me about it. Stephenie was AWSOME! She looked really busy but she still answered my questions.
Stephanie understood our situation. She explained in detail what your technicians did to restore our Highlander to normal. She also showed us photos of potential problems that will need attention in the near future.
Everything about the service was fully explained.

Hello - we have our Tacoma and 4Runner serviced by you and the service experience has always been fantastic. This most recent time just seemed off. Invoice states that the air filter needed to be replaced and that the customer said do not replace. I was not apprised of the need to replace it nor did I receive a call. Upon getting home and looking at the invoice, the last page showing all of the details of the service, brake wear, tread depth, etc, was not attached. Also, there is usually a coupon attached to the invoice for the next service and no coupon was attached this time. The speed of service was great as always but the rest of the experience just seemed off. No reason to contact me but you should know where this service experience fell short. Thanks Gary
Stephanie was friendly and followed through on the work that needed to be done. She called me the next day with updated information. When one of my chrome stem valve caps was missing she took care of it immediately. She really made my experience pleasant and satisfying. Thank you Stephanie!!

Ray was very helpful in getting my oil change done without an appointment and very quickly. He also found a nail in my tire and recommended other services that we will take care of in our next visit. Shuttle turnaround was also quick .
Ray worked really hard to get my vehicle back in action after the rats head made a home out of my engine compartment. He was also very helpful and helping the insurance company. Create a plan to compensate me for my losses. I’m very grateful for Ray’s help in all of this.
