I purchased the maintenance & service plans for my 2023 Crown. Was very disappointed you did not change the oil on this first service visit. Was told I would get an oil change every 6 months.
Was also surprised my new Crown was not washed at this visit.
Purchased the car in March.
I am very disappointed it took until November to receive my second key.

I’d like to hear from somebody with regard to the missing plastic floor mat on the driver side. It match the rest of what’s in the car and there’s nowhere to be found.

If you’re going to take messages, you have to call back The work your service center did was great. But, nobody calls back! I probably left ten messages throughout the course of getting my car service and maybe one was returned. Y’all **** at communicating (except Bobby, he’s cool).

I tried to use the free shuttle service but apparently the people at Toyota got my cell phone number wrong so I never got a call until I had to call them first. Almost got late for an appointment
