Customer service felt at a low, did not care about customer service at all, overpriced oil change too.. the labor cost more than the oil. Oil changes are elementary, it’s a 10-15 minute job and I just don’t have a garage anymore but I will go anywhere but here for oil next time because it’s too expensive. I wanted to use the dealer to take care of my car but you guys have our priced yourself. There is too many Toyota dealerships for me to come back here too because I just didn’t feel like the customer service was good at all. No one was rude I just felt like I was dealing with a robot that could care less about providing good service. I’ll go to another Toyota for services in the future if I need to.

I was very pleased with the service. I was very stressed with the fact that when I signed paperwork saying I would need to pay 189$ if it wasn’t under warranty limitations. I asked if it was still under warranty and he said we will see but if not you will need to pay the 189 plus whatever the cost to fix it. My question was is it still under warranty and I guess I understand that he doesn’t know they need to see what’s wrong first, but the thought of paying 189 to see what’s wrong was stressful. I didn’t know that was how it worked. Other than that you guys are awesome! I appreciate the key battery that little thing was a surprise and helped make my day better.
Labor for installing one sun visor was ridiculously high.
I called to speak to the manager, I have not heard back. I have Toyota car service which was included when I purchased the vehicle. I asked if it will apply at a different state it was confirmed it would and I was charged for services $298. I am asking for a refund.
We were contacted by Toyota to come in and have a warning indicator checked out. So I was expecting a quick turnaround. If I made the appointment then I’m fine waiting 60-90 minutes but we were asked to bring car in for a possible non-issue: low tire pressure. It turns out the tire was not low and so technically there was no need for service. I understand having to check just to be safe but for issues like this having a tech ready to quickly check the car like an express service would’ve been preferred. I was caught off guard when I was told possible 90 minute wait. Everyone was cool and waiting area was nice. Not a major issue but just expected less of a wait just to check warning light for low tire that was no longer on.

John was great and professionalhowever, my concern with a noise coming from the car when driving at higher speeds was not resolved. The technician claimed to hear no noise on a test drive but as soon as I took it back out on the freeway the sound was blatantly evident.
They always washed my car, but yesterday they didn’t.
