Stephanie is absolutely amazing. Definitely goes above and beyond. I say this because I’ve had the pleasure of scheduling service with her in the past and as a person who knows absolutely nothing about cars, Stephanie explains absolutely everything and has incredible patience. My boyfriend has also taken his Corolla in and just so happened to get Stephanie as well, he doesn’t know anything about cars either. I now specifically like scheduling service with her. And I have had other people in the past at south coast Toyota. Stephanie is the best!!

I was promised a pickup at 8:30 am. At 8:45 when I called no one ever heard of me !
I had to take an Uber at my expense to pick my car !

No me le arreglaron nada y no me gustó nada el servicio. Tengo apenas 6 meses con ese carro y me dijeron que no me le pueden arreglar algo que yo no dañe y que se dañó solo y que no lo cubre la garantía haci que necesito que me ayuden y que me lo arreglen.

Initial explanation of service was incomplete and I feel lacked sufficient detail. When checking out he was evasive and said he needed to help someone else and would be back to explain charges that he failed to explain when giving initial estimate.He did not come back until someone went to look for him. Took so long that I thought he left and went home.Still feel tricked and deceived so I could could be charged extra for unnecessary service or products.
So the customer service was great. But the key fob didn’t work when I got home at about 6 pm to lock my car. So I had to rush back before closing and then it still took some time. It was all resolved, but it was a disappointment to have to deal with
I brought my car in because the check engine light came on and I asked them to do other stuff that was recommended from the last time I was there you would think they would run the diagnostics prior to do it any other service so I would not be sitting there three hours before you come and tell me what the problem is knowing that I was waiting for my car and I did not get my car back until 4:40 PM after dropping it off at 7:15 AM I do appreciate the loaner car so I can go and finish business while I wait on my car
