Lack of communication . I was told the wait time would be 4 hours the day i brought the car . So i was waiting in the lobby and after 4 hours just went and follow up and she told me the car should be left here for another 2 days. Being with toyota for more that 10 years , never seen anything like that before. How come inspection take 4 hours . Service advisers usulally call and update the customers for anything. Never had this before with tustin toyota .

I showed up at the service department at south coast Toyota, without an appointment. I needed an oil change and they got me in and out much quicker than I ever thought was possible, given the circumstance. The service attendances were very professional, the cashiers were very pleasant to work with. Overall a very good experience.

As soon as i drove into the service lane john is always very attentive and help me right away and very cleared of what i need in service of my car,and a soon as my car is done ,he called me out right away.
It's ****, the service is very bad. Twice they told me the same thing, I made an appointment for the smog check and the first time they told me that there is someone who can do it and yesterday I went without an appointment and the boy yesterday took me 3 hours for nothing. He still didn't have to change the oil, I told him if you fix the smog, you'll fix the oil change because he sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo I don't know what word to say to insult him because it took me 3 hours and they didn't fix the smog but they did fix the oil change. I lost 500 dollars because of his stupidity
