My visit at South Coast Toyota was great. Frank provided wonderful customer service, he was professional, attentive, and friendly. I will definitely comeback again. I would highly recommend their services to anyone that comes to this location.

Your service department continues to be a disaster. The staff is rude, impatient and could care less about the guest experience. They always have to complain they are short staffed and doing the best they can with mechanics calling off sick. Brought my car in for a check engine light has to do with the headlights. Was told it would be 4-6 hours due to people taking time off, the people who worked Saturday were all off on Mondays “so Monday is the worst day of the week to bring your car in” is what I was told. Why take the appointment and waste my time? Could wait 4-6 hours so I left and they could have cared less. Worst Toyota dealership I have ever encountered.

Shuttle for pick up was 3 phone calls over 2 hours. Service advisor did not return call. Had to go back for 2 hours to get my cell phone programmed back to vehicle. Not a happy experience
