Richer we have had our issues, but that the car repair busy. Richer is a good person and willing to help.
Was given an estimate of up to 1 pm before work would be done. She promised to call me when ready. I called about an hour after I left to ask a question and was told I could leave a message to her. I left a message to call me but never happened. About 2 o’clock I called again and was given her voice mail. Again never received a return call. Got there around 4:20pm because I assumed it was done but she was too busy to call me. Found out it would be about 20 minutes before completed and it took 40 minutes. I spent that entire day concerned about my car instead of being able to be productive.

My car was there for 6 hours, when I asked how much longer at noon was told an hour and it ended up being 3 more hours.

Brought my car to be serviced for a basic routine service generally takes 1-2 hours but took over 5 and leaving the lot my car is now making a noise but not sure what is wrong.

Charging $80 to install a battery is outrageous!
You promised me my car in three hours to four hours when I arrive back after four hours the car hadn’t even been seen. I’m a CEO of an engineering company I have schedules. Your people lied to me were effective in effectual. Call me at your earliest convenience before you receive a letter from my attorneys ****-****-xxxx.

Estimated completion time for 5k mile basic was 11:30am after a 8am drop off. Didn’t get an update on my vehicle until 1:45pm after I called about it. Vehicle was completed at 3pm and I didn’t have time to complete the recommended brake service and now have to come back on Monday to get that done. Anna was great and apologized for the delay and even discounted the basic service and future brake service but it would have been nice to get an update before I had to call since I had plans to use my vehicle at noon.
$80 to install a battery is ridiculous.
I didn't really want the recall done on the car. But I get it it's 2k for the company. My car was never washed after my Toyota care service. I think I'll go to a different Toyota dealership.

You lied to me about my battery. Probably everything else you told me was a lie also just so you can sell more services. The detection results you gave me were wrong. I had AAAA RECHECK MY BATTERY AND ALTERNATER AND ALL IS WORKING FINE. I will never use South Coast Toyota again!
I called in first. Asked for price. After telling them year and model of my car, price I was given for oil change was :$92.
After oil change done price I had to pay was $130.83
When I asked about difference they refused to honor original price.
