I have taken both of those trucks to those dealerships and have been extremely disappointed with the service at both . I started taking my truck to you and I am very happy with the service . I am disappointed with my service. Dropped my car off around 1:20pm and was told someone would call me with an update to let me know what else was wrong with my car. 3 hours passed and I called with no response. I just wanted to know the status of my car. I called another time and was transferred his voicemail. I called a third time and the representative said that because she was not my service advisor she couldn't help me. I JUST WANTED TO KNOW THE STATUS OF MY CAR. About 4 hours passed and I needed my car so I go down there since no one told me how long it would take for a simple oil change. When I arrived my car was done (not sure why they couldn't I called). It was about 4.5 hours past when I arrived. There had been all these notes about how i declined services that were urgent for my car which are false. I never received a call from anyone about what additionally needed to be done with my car. To make things worse, I was supposed to have a coupon for the oil change on my account but it wasnt already applied. The girl at the cashiers office took my phone out of sight for 5 minutes which seemed unprofessional to me. The coupon was on there toyota website so it was unnecessary. Still never received anything from my service advisor nor did he communicate with me once. Very disappointed with my experience.

Repairs were made and truck was ready on time promised.

I was greeted by a friendly and helpful service person. She answered my questiins and helped me with my needs. Great place to bring your car to get serviced.

Richer we have had our issues, but that the car repair busy. Richer is a good person and willing to help.

Was given an estimate of up to 1 pm before work would be done. She promised to call me when ready. I called about an hour after I left to ask a question and was told I could leave a message to her. I left a message to call me but never happened. About 2 o’clock I called again and was given her voice mail. Again never received a return call. Got there around 4:20pm because I assumed it was done but she was too busy to call me. Found out it would be about 20 minutes before completed and it took 40 minutes. I spent that entire day concerned about my car instead of being able to be productive.
