I had an 8:15 appt for oil change. Didn’t get out til 11. Unsatisfactory. Should have been out in one to one half hour. Other than that ok. Did not get car wash as I had another appointment

There was a recall on my airbags and it took 3 days to complete process and it was able to give me a random that took some stress off of me completed the process of my vehicle satisfied 10 for excellent

After waiting almost 2 1/2 hours, Was not informed that brake work had to be done until I was leaving, giving me no chance to get a ride home and leave it to be repaired. On top of that, the Car was not washed. I am very annoyed.

Stephanie was great. However today I noticed a couple things that irritated me. 1. All my radio station sets were changed to Spanish stations. 2. My blue tooth connection to my iPhone was disconnected. Neither of those those things ever happened to me with other dealerships!!! Not sure why??

I was given no real options, just an outrageous price for a complete engine overhaul. The quote for repairs was in excess of the total value of my car. I was hoping for something different: perhaps a range of possible solutions, keeping in mind the fact that my van is 27 years old. I don’t think Toyota really wanted to work on my car.
