Notification of service completion was slow. I said i would need a ride back too. I had to call to find out if my car was ready, no one called me after 2.5 hrs when they told me it would be about 1.5 hrs and then I still had to wait 40 minutes to be picked up! I just wish someone would have called and scheduled my pick up as soon as the service was completed. That’s all.
Let me clarify I was satisfied with the work it just takes way to long for the service to get done. I dropped off my SUV around 10:45am and didn’t get it back till about a little after 4:00pm??

No service was provided to me. I don’t understand why you are saying my car was serviced when it was not serviced. I was just given the run around trying to get my second key as a result of me purchasing a new car.
