I believe that the cup holder situation of it leaking into the electric harness, is a recall issue. The service advisor didn’t think so. He said a lot of vehicles cup holder leak, ie. Mercedes, Ford, BMW, etc. However, I’m the one who is being inconvenienced by the situation of having to give up my vehicle for 31/2 weeks. I’m going to find an auto body shop to solve this issue. In the end, I look forward to using my cup holder with confidence knowing that it’s not going to leak.

Ray was ABSOLUTELY amazing. He was efficient with my time and gave sufficient updates needed for my Corolla Cross. I was told 2 hour wait, which ended up being over 4 hours. I don’t mind if it takes 4 hours, but just tell me so I can arrange a ride instead of sitting so long waiting. Also when I handed my ticket to a service representative, he just left at 4 and never gave the ticket to the guys who drive up your vehicle. No one cares!

Although there were some issues with my service , Pedro addressed all my concerns and made some excellent recommendations. My vehicle was returned in excellent condition and I am very happy. I want to thank Pedro and the Toyota team for their amazing service and taking the extra step to help with all the issues I had with the vehicle.

Service man gave complete explanation and details of what had occurred to my front driver’s side tire. Tire was expensive but I imagine that’s the way it is these days.

I came to get a 5,000 mile service plus get my 2nd key fob and get a third key fob programed and cut. I was totally happy with everything until I got home and found the key wasn't cut. I spent over $200 to get a key fob set up and they didn't even cut the key? The only reason I had to spend that money to get it done is because no Toyota dealership would give me the codes to get it done, even though Toyota corporate said they had to provide the codes upon request. I made and canceled 4 previous Saturday appointments because NOBODY at South Coast Toyota would confirm that I could get my key fob programed and key cut until I got the service manager involved. I mentioned the key cutting and programming to both him and Ana during phone calls, yet it wasn't done. The technician who did the programming even noticed the low battery in the fob and changed it. Did he not even take the time to see the key needed to be cut? So what am I supposed to do now? It's 30 miles each way to the dealership, not to mention the time spent with driving over there and waiting. How will this be resolved? They're no easy answer to me. All I know is whatever the answer is it'll be another inconvenience to me, the customer. I welcome your thoughts.

I’ve been waiting for my carpet on my driver side to be repaired but I haven’t gotten a call or update on when the parts are going to be in or when the carpet will be repaired since the end of November.
