Stop tricking people & imposing materials and services that are not necessary. It was a nightmare. Everything was good until I advance my representative to change an item the I decided to give some more time because it wasn’t necessary at this time. The representative approach me like she understood my request but she ignored my request and did not change it on time on the request. I went twice to the dealer and she didn’t answer my phone called messages either. Bad impression. I went the second time and trusted her that she was going to make the change I requested. I was ignored 4 times. I losing trust in the Company. I have evidence that I went to the dealer twice and left voice message My confidence with this fine company is questionable. And believe me, am going to tell everyone. The next day I got a text advicing me to come get my vehicle with a tow company vehicle. This was rude, mean & not professional. Please train your representative people to help & services your client not to make this experience a nightmare.

Ana Ochoa is very professional. I called a few days in advance (a little frustrated with my vehicles, actuator going out for the third time). Ana I put me on hold, looked for the part, reserved the part and made an appointment for me to come in on Saturday morning. I promise my vehicle is ready before 1 PM. Thank you Ana

Yes my drop-off was easy and quick. The shuttle got me to work with minutes to spare. My Camry was ready at a reasonable time. True professionals at South Coast Toyota.

Service took longer than 5 hours 45min (my appointment was 815am and I was told it would be done by 1-2). I was therefore late at picking up my kids from school. In addition they didn’t complete tire alignment (Accor to Anna) so I have to return for that. I’m addition I was told by Anna that a regular tire valve stem will be installed bc there’s a nation wide shortage of the ones with sensors. I promptly called Irvine Toyota who told me they have it in stock. When confronted Anna was somehow able to also find one. The only positive sentiment was the shuttle driver took me three miles outside the range as a courtesy and waited 5 minutes for me. But even for that I had to engage management and convince them to please make an exception. You’d think it would be common courtesy after this experience. I will not work with Anna again if I ever return to this location. Thank you Bella

I saw the cashier and got my paperwork. As I was walking out, another client was walking in.10 minutes later, I had to go back in and ask again about my car. She said she would call again. Waiting outside again, the other client received his car. So I went back in to inquire a second time. Once again I went outside and waited. Finally I received my car. It should take 3 trips and 15 minutes to get my car when others checked out after me and got their cars first.

As soon as I drove in I was greeted with a smile & great humor as I was nervous it being my first time there. Ana & I forgot the name of the gentleman that also helped me out guided me with the services my car was due for, I will be returning again. The whole staff there were very kind.

Ray is terrific and his customer service is outstanding. I was not completely satisfied with the actual service. I was told twice that my car would be ready shortly and it turned into 1 hr and 15 minutes wait. I hope this is an isolated incidence. Ray had left for the day so my comments have absolutely nothing to do with him.
