Over three hours I was there and two hours. I was waiting while my car just sat there and they had no shuttle because only one guy was working and he was at lunch. You should hire more people you guys make big money there or at least say hey there at lunch so you’re gonna sit for an hour and 45 minutes until he gets back????????????
Wrong part was ordered for my vehicle. Last name was misspelled on my invoice.
They tried to get the phone situation fixed but had the same problem again that same day when I called back around 6 pm Dalia tried multiple times to connect me with service without success either no one answered or they were remote and found not help I left a message for someone to call me today but no called I am hoping to reach you on Monday to see what we can do to resolve the issue. Thanks

The service technicians did a fine job. However, I didn't appreciate seeing on my paperwork after I left that it said I declined having my filters replaced that they would be looked at next visit. How can I decline something I was NEVER told about? I don't know if they were just starting to look dirty, were medium and so waiting until next time would be fine. I was never given the opportunity to decide. Instead, it was marked that I declined,which is a lie and I don't appreciate that. I was only texted and called that my vehicle was done.
I had an appointment at 9:45 for an oil change. I was told that
my car would be ready in 2 hours. I returned at 1:00 to pick up my car. It was not ready. After another hour of waiting they told me it was ready—but, that they didn’t have time to wash it!! A total lack of concern for me and my time. Poorly managed service center.
