I’m still having malfunctioning issues with the vehicle. I’m getting worried how it’s parking itself, removing the collision barrier, and the ignition not starting after visiting and informing them the issue; I thought it had been resolved while the tires and fluids were being filled/ rotated.
Being woman we tend to not trust when we take the car in for service when we don't know about our vehicles. So having a woman to connect with for that is great?! Anna was great she is knowledgeable about the vehicle and most importantly I trusted her to tell me the whole truth!! And yes they need to make money but aside from that I knew she could steer me with the direction that my car needs to navigate through all the repairs she needs. Thank you very much Anna!! Communication was good, car finished timely. It would be helpful if someone could explain in detail the need for added or recommended services. Carbon build up, brake fluid, etc. it just nice to understand the why before the money is spent.
I had asked if someone could assist in putting my rear view mirror shell that had fallen off. It was not done and the piece was just thrown in the front seat floor.

I was disappointed with the time I was quoted and the time my vehicle was actually completed. The frustration was multiplied by the way my time ended, waiting at closing with several other customers and no one explaining what was going on, it took another 45 minutes just to have my car brought to me and it was a cold night. I was also disappointed with the result of a concern I had related to my vehicle. I wish there was more genuine concern for clients rather than just doing it for the sake of the job.
Ana was very accommodating. Since I was press for time and she told me what they can do that day to be able to go to my Doctors appointment. I’ll definitely look for her on my next service appointment.
I have been to the shop for 4 times already but Pedro was bad in his service. He told me the duration of the service was 1 hr and 30 mins but i was surprised all of the people in the waiting area all gone they come after me. Its not funny to wait almost 4 hrs just for change oil. I was really pissed off that Pedro was just keep passing by the lobby and never give update on me on what happened why i waited almost 4 hrs its crazy that the other people who come after me are all gone.
Service was completed faster than expected. I couldn’t make it before the service department closed and I was worried. But Pedro assured me I could still get my vehicle back anytime before 8pm. Thank you!
Raymond did an amazing job again. He was very detailed on recall for my tundra and answered all my questions. Also was up to date on what time my truck would be done. Great service and look forward to working with him again.
My truck was ready, but as I was going to pay the attendant told me I needed my cabin filter replaced, my usual guy Richie would of asked me before going to pay, so that cost me some time, not a big deal but he should of asked me before
