I really appreciated the customer service I received when I brought my toyota in for service yesterday! Not only was the work done quickly but they communicated with me throughout the whole time my car was there. I unfortunately hit something on the freeway which is why I brought my car in, but now my car feels as good as new!
No one contacted me about the recommended brake repairs. The invoice indicates otherwise; not true.
I also had a coupon for synthetic oil change, $69. My cost was $99.
