I was satisfied with Stephanie and Jason but not at all with the original handling of my problem back in August 2023. I paid $189 for a misdiagnosis of my computer function problem. And was left unresolved for 6 1/2 months until today. This was instrumental in causing me to have an issue with Newport Police which cost me $550. Because sensor was not operational

Ive had my vehicle serviced under my "platinum"plan i have had a defective battery that they were going to male me pay for until i asked what their policy on new batteries cince i had not had the car a year and the battery was dated 10/22.$300! Then they twll ke i need to replace my air filter at the service beforw that but i have not driven my car 20k miles! But on the next inspection they document it as "good" i bring this up at this last appointment and the service consul was dismissive as a typo on their end and then comes back to me and says the Engine filter AND the air conditioner filter need to be replaced $177!!! Insane! Left my passenger seat leaned all the way back did not even bother tho put it back to its proper position. So disrespectful! Dismiss the filter as a typo and give you the get over it attitude. All of the sudden m6 engine filter is dirty and i have only had my car a year! Customer service ****! I am there 3 hrs at a time when i have scheduled appointments. This time i missed my noon appt & got there about 3:30ish didnt get out until they were literally shutting the doors! Unnacceptable!
Dropped my car off at 745am, was called at 1105 because i wanted to have my passenger fog light looked at because the light bulb was out, consultant stated that they would check it out and let me know asap. I try to contact and get no answer after about an hour and half, then i get a call two hours later saying they need to order the bulb and that my car is ready at 1331.
When i came to get my car, they took my number and brought out the wrong Rav4. This same thing has happened to me the first service i had with you guys and you mixed up the cars and my car was not serviced and it wasnt even realized until i went to pick it up and now had to wait again for my the service to actually be done. Frustrated at my experience with this Toyota.
