Great service, very polite and answered my questions !
Very displeased with communication
Regarding needing to look at battery in trunk for 20,000 mile service
Should have been informed when dropping car off or when making appointment to have access to the trunk
After paying for service reading reports I find that they could not checkout battery .No one ever mentioned
If so the trunk would have been empty
I questioned it why?
No one called to see if they could move items or if I would like to come and remove them.
so I removed items while there and waited for them to check
To learn that my battery needed to be charged I waited the 30 minutes then I asked why ?
Then they said I needed a new battery I again asked. Why ?
The car has 21000 miles and 2 1/2 years old .Then they looked up and found out that the warranty was still valid so no charge .Had I not questioned about charging the battery in the 1 st place I would have never known there was a problem and if I did not question the replacement they were going to charge me !!!

In top of that I had to wait 2 hours after my car was supposed to be done I had made the early appointment at 7:30am so I could get my car back early to be able to be somewhere
Instead I picked up at 10ish to find out that it wasn’t done and had to sit and wait 2 hours having to cancel my plans
There is a message on my paper regarding my floor mats and it doesn't make any sense. It states they were replaced but they werent

I brought my car in for 5000 miles or five month service. Unfortunately during my service my driver side door on the edge was bumped up against something. It scratch the end of my door and knocked a little paint off. They washed my car during the service. But the inside wasn’t vacuumed. And the outside was still wet. I thought that was strange! Richie and the staff were very nice. Just not real happy about my door. Richie said he would make it right and fix it. But it’s still an inconvenience.
Your entire service team is awesome. Jason made sure everything was taken care of the entire time. Super appreciate it.
The service overall is outstanding!
