I want to start by recognizing the gentleman at the entrance who greets customers and directs them where to park. He was extremely kind, welcoming, and had a great attitude. His smile and professionalism created a very good first impression.
Unfortunately, the rest of my experience during my last visit was disappointing.
I brought my car in last Thursday around 4:50 PM for regular service. Because of my work schedule, late afternoon is the only time that is convenient for me, and I understand that it is close to closing time for the staff. Even so, I still expected the standard level of service that normally comes with a Toyota dealership.
Usually when I arrive, the service advisor asks about the reason for the visit, checks if there is anything specific I want inspected, takes photos of the vehicle, and reviews the car’s information with me. This time none of that happened. The advisor simply asked if I was there for an oil change, told me to wait inside, and that was it.
About 20 minutes later I was told the car was ready, which immediately seemed unusual because the inspection alone usually takes longer. I was then informed that my tires were low and because of that they did not perform the tire rotation.
What was frustrating is that nobody called or asked me how I wanted to proceed. In the past, the service team would always contact me and say something like, “Your tires are worn, would you like to replace them today or come back another day?” This time there was no communication at all — they simply decided not to do the work.
I was also planning to replace the battery during this visit because on my previous service they told me it would soon need replacement. This time the battery was not mentioned at all, and it wasn’t even noted in the report. That makes me wonder if it was actually checked this time.
Another small detail that made the experience feel rushed is that they didn’t even update the next-service sticker on the windshield, which they normally do.
When I asked the advisor if he could print previous service reports so I could verify my records, I was told he could not do it. The response was very abrupt and not particularly friendly, which added to the frustration.
The reason many of us choose to take our cars to a Toyota dealership is because we trust the professionalism and the quality of the service. If the experience is going to feel rushed and incomplete, people might just go to a local mechanic instead.
I completely understand that the staff wants to finish their day and go home, but customers still expect their vehicles to be properly inspected and serviced. Communication and attention to detail make a big difference.
I hope this feedback helps improve the service process, because Toyota dealerships usually set a high standard and I would like to continue trusting this location with my vehicle.

Stephanie Santiago was extremely helpful, understanding, and professional throughout the entire process. She went out of her way to help me get a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced, which made a big difference for me and made the situation much easier. She also did a great job keeping me updated and consistently communicated with me so I always knew what was going on with my vehicle. I really appreciated her patience, support, and the effort she put into making sure everything was taken care of. Overall, she provided excellent customer service and made the experience smooth and stress-free.
