I am happy with the way I was treated by Ray. He was considerate and explained things carefully, I was disappointed that the team could not fix the problem of the backup camera going blank. If Toyota cannot fix it then who do I turn to?
Again, Ray was great. The problem was not fixed.

I was really impressed with Stephanie. While waiting for my car to be finished I watched her interact with an older couple in the waiting area. She was patient, friendly and respectful to them as they tried to comprehend what they were being told about their car.
I was a bit confused- the evaluation forms for my car contradicted each other. The initial inspection form said I needed the engine filter replaced, but the service paperwork said the engine filter was only “slightly dirty”.

Bought a new Toyota Land Cruiser and it's been having some issues. I took it to another Toyota dealership and was told everything was fine. I decided to bring it to south coast Toyota and they were able to properly diagnose my car and fix it. I worked with Stephanie Santiago, and i thought she did an amazing job. She listened to my multiple concerns, asked clarifying details to ensure that she could address my issues. When my Toyota was ready we discussed all the issues and how they were resolved in great detail!
Definitely will be coming here for service even though it’s further for me!

Great customer service easy process overall
I had a great experience with the maintenance service at Toyota. The technician who helped me was extremely helpful, kind, and very informative. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what service my car needed.
It’s always nice to work with someone who is patient and genuinely cares about helping customers. The whole process felt smooth and professional. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely continue coming back for future maintenance.
